The PLAQ0100 cold accumulator is specially designed to ensure effective passive cold maintenance during the transport of temperature-sensitive products. Composed of 14 white eutectic plates, it offers a reliable solution for maintaining a stable temperature between +2°C and +8°C during transport.

Easy and Practical Use

To ensure maximum effectiveness, it is recommended to place the frozen eutectic plates at the bottom of the bag, stacking them with another set of unfrozen plates. This process allows for a gradual transfer of cold into the insulated enclosure, reducing the risk of direct contact with stored products and ensuring uniform temperature maintenance.

Recommendations for Optimal Freezing

For optimal performance, it is recommended to freeze eutectic plates at a temperature of -20°C for a minimum of 48 hours. This prolonged freezing period ensures a slow and constant release of cold during subsequent use, thus ensuring effective preservation of temperature-sensitive products.

Quality and Durable Materials

Equipped with a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) shell, each eutectic plate is designed to withstand the most rigorous transport conditions. Weighing 600g and measuring 12x18x3 cm, these plates are compact and lightweight, making them easy to handle and place in the inner side pockets of insulated bags.
